Managing Your Subscription

View Subscription Status

In Account Dashboard:

  1. Go to alienlifestyles.com/account
  2. Navigate to "Subscription" section
  3. View current plan
  4. See billing details

Information Shown:

  • Current plan (Free or Paid)
  • Billing cycle (monthly)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method
  • Subscription status

Update Payment Method

Via Stripe Customer Portal:

  1. Click "Manage Subscription" in dashboard
  2. Redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Click "Update Payment Method"
  4. Add or update card
  5. Save changes

Payment Methods Accepted:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • Debit cards
  • Other Stripe-supported methods

View Billing History

Access Invoices:

  1. Go to Stripe Customer Portal
  2. Click "Billing History"
  3. View all invoices
  4. Download PDF invoices
  5. View payment receipts

Invoice Details:

  • Invoice number
  • Date and amount
  • Payment method used
  • Subscription period
  • Downloadable PDF

Change Plan

Upgrade to Paid:

  1. Go to pricing page
  2. Click "Upgrade to Execute"
  3. Complete checkout
  4. Features available immediately

Downgrade to Free:

  1. Cancel paid subscription
  2. Access continues until period end
  3. Downgrades to free tier
  4. Read-only features remain

Subscription Status

Active Subscription

Status: Active

  • Green indicator
  • Full features available
  • License valid
  • Automatic renewal enabled

What Happens:

  • Billed monthly
  • License renewed automatically
  • Full access maintained
  • No action needed

Expiring Subscription

Status: Expiring Soon

  • Yellow indicator
  • Expires in <7 days
  • Renewal pending
  • Payment may be due

What to Do:

Expired Subscription

Status: Expired

  • Red indicator
  • License expired

Suspended Subscription

Status: Suspended

  • Yellow indicator
  • Temporarily suspended
