Accessing Your Dashboard

Sign In Options

Email/Password:

  1. Visit alienlifestyles.com/account
  2. Enter your email and password
  3. Click "Sign In"

Google SSO:

  1. Click "Sign in with Google"
  2. Authorize with your Google account
  3. Dashboard loads automatically

Password Reset

If you forgot your password:

  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check email for reset link
  4. Create new password
  5. Sign in with new password

Dashboard Overview

Your dashboard provides quick access to everything you need:

Account Summary

  • Account status
  • Subscription information
  • License key status
  • Mailchimp connection status

Quick Actions

  • Connect Mailchimp
  • View license key
  • Manage subscription
  • Update settings

License Management

View Your License Key

  1. Navigate to "License" section in dashboard
  2. View your license key
  3. Copy key if needed
  4. See expiration date and status

License Status Indicators

Active

  • Green indicator
  • Full features available
  • Subscription active

Expired

  • Red indicator
  • Limited functionality
  • Renew subscription

Suspended

  • Yellow indicator
  • Contact support
  • Usually payment-related

License Rotation

When to rotate:

  • Key compromised or exposed
  • Security concerns
  • Regular security practice

How to rotate:

  1. Go to License section
  2. Click "Rotate License Key"
  3. New key generated automatically
  4. Old key invalidated
  5. Update on all devices

Multi-Device Support

One License, Multiple Devices:

  • Install on multiple computers
  • View all active devices
  • Manage device access
  • Revoke access if needed

Device Management:

  1. View all active installations
  2. See device names and last seen
  3. Revoke access for specific devices
  4. Monitor device usage

Subscription Management

View Subscription

Your subscription details show:

  • Current plan (AI Analyst or AI Marketer + Account Manager)
  • Billing cycle (monthly)
  • Next billing date
  • Payment method
  • Subscription status

Manage Billing

Via Stripe Customer Portal:

  1. Click "Manage Subscription"
  2. Redirected to Stripe Customer Portal
  3. Update payment method
  4. View billing history
  5. Download invoices

Subscription Actions

Update Payment Method:

  • Add new card
  • Update card details
  • Set default payment method

Change Plan:

  • Upgrade to paid tier
  • Downgrade to free tier
  • Changes take effect immediately

Cancel Subscription:

  • Cancel via Stripe Customer Portal
  • Access continues until period end
  • Can reactivate anytime
  • License expires at period end

Payment Issues

Failed Payment:

  • 7-day grace period
  • Email notifications sent
  • Retry attempts automatic
  • License expires after grace period

Resolve Payment:

  1. Update payment method
  2. Payment retried automatically
  3. License reactivated on success
  4. Email confirmation sent

Mailchimp Connection

Connect Mailchimp

Via OAuth (Recommended):

  1. Click "Connect Mailchimp" button
  2. Redirected to Mailchimp authorization
  3. Authorize access
  4. Redirected back to dashboard
  5. Connection confirmed

Benefits:

  • More secure (no API keys)
  • Automatic token refresh
  • Centralized management
  • Better multi-device support

Connection Status

Connected

  • Green indicator
  • Shows connection date
  • Token expiration info
  • Can disconnect/reconnect

Not Connected

  • Red indicator
  • "Connect Mailchimp" button
  • Can use API key as fallback

Disconnect Mailchimp

When to disconnect:

  • Switching accounts
  • Security concerns
  • Temporary disconnection

How to disconnect:

  1. Go to Mailchimp section
  2. Click "Disconnect"
  3. Confirm disconnection
  4. Can reconnect anytime

Token Management

Automatic Refresh:

  • Tokens refresh automatically
  • Before expiration
  • Seamless experience
  • No action needed

Manual Refresh:

  • Click "Refresh Connection"
  • Re-authorize if needed
  • Connection updated

Profile Management

Update Profile

Account Information:

  • Email address
  • Display name
  • Password
  • Notification preferences

Email Verification

Verify Email:

  • Required for account security
  • Check email for verification link
  • Click link to verify
  • Resend if needed

Notification Settings

Email Notifications:

  • Subscription updates
  • Payment reminders
  • Security alerts
  • Product updates

Manage Notifications:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Notification preferences
  3. Enable/disable types

Security Settings

Password Management

Change Password:

Active Sessions:

  • View all active sessions
  • See device and location
  • Revoke specific sessions
  • Sign out all devices

View Usage

Dashboard Analytics:

  • API calls made

  • Data accessed

Usage Trends:

  • Daily/weekly/monthly views
  • Feature adoption

Export Data

Export Usage:

  • Download usage reports

Device Management

View Devices

Active Installations:

  • Device name
  • Installation date
  • Last seen timestamp
  • Version installed

Manage Devices

Actions Available:

  • Rename device
  • Revoke access

Add Device

New Installation:

  1. Install Mailchimp MCP on new device
  2. Enter license key
  3. Device appears in dashboard
  4. Manage from dashboard

Remove Device

Revoke Access:

  1. Select device
  2. Click "Revoke Access"
  3. Confirm action
  4. Device removed
  5. Can re-add later
